Will you be shipping fish?List Item 1
We offer Two Day Shipping for our fish and other live animals. Our aim is to dispatch all fish on the first Monday following the placement of orders. Please note, orders received from Friday through Sunday may not be shipped until the subsequent Monday.

How much is shipping costs?List Item 3
Currently, the shipping cost for a 3-day or shorter delivery is a flat rate of $31.00. Please note that these rates are subject to change without notice due to market variability. We regularly review shipping costs and select UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on the most competitive rates every Monday. Our shipping fees cover all necessary supplies, including breather bags for fish, cold/heat packs as required, and adequate insulation to maintain the well-being of our fish during transit.

What other aquatics do you sell?
Our selection includes plants and invertebrates, along with a constantly changing inventory of competitively priced accessories. Our business model ensures that we offer only the best deals available. Note that our shipping methods for snails and plants differ from those for our fish.

Do you offer any services?
We offer tank setup services across most areas of South Jersey for a specified fee. Please email us for details and specify your requirements. You will receive a callback within 48 hours.

Do you purchase fish from local breeders?
We are always looking to iintroduce new bloodlines and natural genetics into our gene pool. That said, we are picky on who we do business with based on how the fish are kept and overall breeding practices. If you breed live stock that are healthy and responsibly bred, we would love to discuss doing business with you.

I cannot keep my fish, what do I do with my little friends?
We are open to adopting any healthy fish or invertebrates that you can no longer care for, provided we have the space available.

Why is your stock limited?
We do not overstock our tanks and we do not take on more little lives than we can take care of on a daily basis.

How are your tanks set up?
We utilize exclusively RO water that is remineralized, primarily due to the local water parameters. Proper "SLOW" acclimation is crucial for a smooth transition to a healthy environment, as well as ensuring that your tank conditions are suitable for the fish.

Do you deliver?
Should you be unable to pick up your fish and reside in South Jersey, we can arrange a delivery day. A fee to compensate our driver's expenses will be determined at the time of the request.

Setting up and Servicing Planted Tanks
YES we will. If you live in the 08037 and surrounding zip codes, we will set up your planted tanks and maintain them as agreed upon.
